NC State University is dedicated to providing accessible resources for our students, faculty, guests, and other friends of the university. If you or your family or guests require any special resources or services for Commencement at PNC Arena, please view the instructions and resources below. Graduates

Graduating students that require any assistive devices, services or other accommodations to participate in the Commencement exercises at PNC arena should contact commencement@ncsu.edu or 919-515-1491–or may stop by the Registration and Records office in 1000 Harris Hall–during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please contact our office no later than three weeks prior to the Commencement ceremony to discuss accommodations.

Graduating Doctoral candidates requiring assistive devices, services or other accommodations for Commencement should contact Skyler Bunn – ETD Reviewer and Graduation Coordinator at ETD-Reviewer@ncsu.edu or 919-515-4497.

Faculty

Non-sponsor faculty that will be sitting in sections 118-120 for Commencement may contact commencement@ncsu.edu or 919-515-1491 if you require any assistive devices, services or other accommodations. Please contact our office no later than three weeks prior to the Commencement ceremony to discuss accommodations.

Guests

Accessible seating is located throughout PNC Arena on the concourse level, and is clearly marked throughout. There is no accessible seating for families and friends on the arena floor. PNC Arena and Commencement staff will be available throughout the arena to assist with any accessibility seating and needs.

PNC Arena also provides wheelchair services to guests onsite. Guests requiring wheelchair rentals or wheelchair assistance can notify PNC Arena staff at the entry doors on the day of Commencement, and will be escorted to and from their seats before and after the ceremony’s conclusion.
